Customer Service: Our goal is to provide excellent customer service, and in order to do so we maintain strict quality monitoring. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your tour package, we want to hear about it right away. We recommend calling our office as soon as any incident arises during your holiday. If you are unable to do so at the time, you must notify Northa Travel in writing (click here for email) within 30 days of your return or else you may jeopardise your right to compensation.

Included: All professional guide, accommodation, transportation, and entrance fees of museum, national parks and so on are included in the tour prices.

Not Included: Flight tickets, Natural entertainment activities such as rafting, zipline, and human slings are subject for extra-pay. However, agency discounts are applied for our participants for all natural entertainment activities.

Meal: We offer Vegetarian and Vegan food options on request. Simply let us know the food option that you prefer. We are also sensitive about Halal and Kosher based on your preferences.

Pricing Policy: Our pricing policy is to offer high quality service with the most reasonable price guarantee. Issues such as the number of tour participants, program content, accommodation requests and transportation options shape the pricing range.

Children: Children from 0 to 6 years are free in private tours but not allowed in large size group tours. The minimum traveler age for escorted group tours is 6 years. Children aged from 6 – 12 years of age traveling on an escorted group tour in Turkey with two accompanying adults will receive a discount of 25% off the full rate. The child discount cannot be combined with other discounts. At the time of booking, whichever discount is the highest will be applied to a booking.

Transportation: During the tour, all transportation services in the area are carried out by authorized and comfortable vehicles and personnel and these are included in the tour price. If requested we also provide air tickets all around the world. If you are willing to buy your airplane ticket, we will provide airports transfers which is included in tour price.

Travel Insurance: Everyone involved in the tour is insured by the Health and Travel Insurance required by TURSAB-Association of Turkish Travel Agencies, official tour authorization service in the nation and it is included in tour prices. The travelers should seek their relevant rights directly from the insurance company. Northa Travel shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of interest, lost savings, consequential and pecuniary damages or damages resulting from third party claims.

Accomodation: Our accommodation policy is to host you at highest quality places with affordable and reasonable prices, taking into consideration of your preferences. Your accommodation is arranged at the most exclusive and decent places of the region at preferable 5-star and 4-star hotels, chalets and tableland houses based on the availability of accommodation facilities through tour flow. The single supplement is not mandatory, we guarantee to match you with another solo traveler from the same sex. If there is any odd numbers, one lucky person will get single room without any additional cost. If you want to have your own room, you could secure your booking paying single supplement.

Booking Confirmation: Our tours are guaranteed departures, after you receive your booking confirmation we guarantee to run the trip regardless of how many people are booked on the trip.

Luggage Limit: We don’t have any luggage limit on the tours, there is plenty of space for storage.

Responsibility: Northa Travel claims no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, injury, sickness or schedule change due to weather, strike, natural disaster or any other cause beyond Northa Travel’s control. We act in good faith, and cannot be held responsible for any agent, hotel, coach operator, airline, guide, restaurant or any other person’s or company’s acts, defaults or delays.

Changes: Northa Travel reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or departure times, without prior notice, should the necessity arise. In the case of any changes to flights (domestic and international) or to scheduled travel by cruise, ferry, bus or train, the passenger is responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of such changes (e.g., additional nights at a hotel, meals, transfers, etc.). We therefore advise all customers to have comprehensive travel insurance to meet all contingencies besides our liability travel insurance.
